Michael D. Fish’s significant history of manufacturing and customer service experience makes him the ideal expert to serve as general manager of San Diego’s oldest and most trusted real estate signage company, Champion Signs.

Fish’s experience has ranged from over 18 years of managing manufacturing facilities including a cabinet shop and computer manufacturing consultancy to four years of customer service management. Fish also ran a computer manufacturing facility for five years and has provided operations consulting for a wide variety of clients. Over the years, Fish has made it his priority to understand and appreciate the value of efficient processes and successful operations.

In his role as general manager, Fish’s goals are to streamline the business model, drive more web based business, enhance internal communications, expand the business, oversee significant organizational changes, improve inventory management and drive the company forward in its quest to become the nation’s most successful and trusted real estate signage company.

Fish is also responsible for driving sales, managing the customer service, sales production and sign installation managers, and overseeing all marketing, website and commercial account acquisition initiatives.

Fish received his Bachelors of Science in telecommunications management from DeVry Institute of Technology in Pomona and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management San Diego with a Minor in Marketing. Fish is married with three grown children and lives in Temecula.
