Champion Signs’ full service art department is here to help. Work with us to create easy-to-read, visually-appealing signs that will attract onlookers. Consider including a photo or website rider to enhance your personal profile within the community. We can help you to develop a sign that suits your needs. From chicken scratch to finished product or anywhere in between, imagination is your only limitation.

SENDING ARTWORK TO US |
Acceptable formats:
1. Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
2. Encapsulated Post Script (.eps)
3. Windows Metafile (.wmf)
4. CorelDraw (.cdr)
Files must be vectorized (converted to curves or outlines) if you intend for us to silkscreen your signs. Vectorized files enable your graphics to be scaled up or down without losing clarity or sharpness. In some cases, fonts must be vectorized as well. If font is not converted to curves or outlines, you must provide your true type (TTF) font with your file.
Files that contain raster images, such as .bmp, .tif, .bmp, will not work for screen printing, however they will work for digitally printed signage. (See below: Sending Photos To Us)
If you do not have access to a vector file, we can recreate your design for an additional charge. Please contact your Champion Signs sales representative for details.

SENDING PHOTOS TO US |
Acceptable formats:
1. BMP
2. JPG, JPEG
3. TIF
4. PSD

Garbage in, garbage out. The quality of your picture greatly affects the quality of your sign.
Photos should be as close to the desired output size as possible and a minimum of 150 pixels per inch.
Avoid using photos that contain fuzzy softening filters that so many glamour pictures contain.
Some pictures do require cropping to fit your signs properly.
Photos may vary in color from your original due to the digital processes being used.
We do not manipulate (re-touch) photos.

SENDING YOUR FILES |
IMPORTANT: Filenames submitted must contain your name (i.e. JohnSmith_Photo.jpg).
Files submitted with simple titles such as "photo.jpg" or "logo.tif" will NOT be accepted.
Files may be submitted to us in the following manners:
1. E-mail files, under 8MB, to photos@championsigns.com
Please include your name, contact information, and your
Champion Signs Sales Rep's name inside the e-mail.
2. Upload Files using our online EasyFTP Upload Utility
3. Upload to our FTP site using your own software:
FTP Address: ChampionFTP.com
FTP Username: cscustomer
FTP Password: MyChampion1
After you upload your file(s), please be sure to e-mail us at
photos@championsigns.com or call
888-791-7446
and let us
know
that you have uploaded your artwork to our FTP server. Also,
please be sure to provide all contact information in your email as
well as your Champion Signs Sales Rep's name.
4. Mail us a CD or DVD.
5. Carefully mail us an original photo print.
Do not staple or paper clip the photo.

COLORS |
Here at Champion Signs we do our best to match colors. We have a selection of stock colors available for screen printing at no additional charge for your signage. Custom colors can be ordered for an additional fee of $35.00 per color. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for your convenience but they are not considered stock.
Keep in mind that colors vary from media to media, therefore exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Equate this to printing on your office color printer… when you print the same thing on regular paper and then again on glossy paper, you often get two different results.
Colors viewed on your monitor and/or printed on your office printer WILL vary from the actual product. |
