Our sign post installation service includes a six-month rental. Six month sign post rental extensions can be purchased for a small fee.
How do I access the Online Sign Installation Manager? [ top ]
If you do not have a username and password and have not already registered, please send an e-mail to info@championsigns.com and our customer service department will help you get started. If you have already registered and forgotten your User ID and/or password, call our customer service department at 888-791-7446.
How do you know where to install the sign? [ top ]
Our sign installation team is experienced in identifying the best possible location for real estate signs. We do offer free sign installation markers if requested.
Do you post signs on vacant lots/land? [ top ]
Yes, as long as the sign is permitted on the property and you provide a readable plat map marker or hand-drawn map. We also ask that you place a marker on the lot where you would like the sign installed. Contact customer service for more information about obtaining markers.
Can I set up appointments with the installer? [ top ]
Appointments are available at your request for $25.00.

What are the HOA/City Rules & Regulations? [ top ]
Sign regulations are a complex, ever changing system of rules based upon the current point of view of the existing HOAs, property management companies and/or cities overseeing the property. It is critical that you become aware of these rules prior to placing your sign installation request to ensure that your sign is properly placed and to prevent an $11 service charge should our driver discover a restriction once he has already arrived at the property.
How do you determine sign posting regulations? [ top ]
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all Home Owner Associations/City restrictions prior to placing a sign installation order. Please keep in mind, these rules change frequently. We recommend that you become aware of any sign regulations prior to placing your sign order to ensure that the sign is not removed by the City, HOAs or other property overseers.
What if you can’t post my sign where I requested? [ top ]
If the sign installer discovers he cannot place your sign where you requested once he has arrived at the location because of the local rules/regulations, you will be charged an $11 service fee.
What are your Sign Installation Policies? [ top ]
Installation Responsibility and Liability –
Champion Signs is solely responsible for the installation and removal of sign posts. It is imperative that neither the agent nor the home owner attempt to relocate, remove or install a post due to a variety of significant liability issues. We encourage all agents to inform home owners of this policy prior to sign installation to prevent any unnecessary issues from arising.
Customer Contact –
We have a full-time employee on staff whose sole responsibility is to maintain contact between our customers and our sign installation team. Considering the fact that most sign installation challenges can be resolved with a quick 1-minute phone call, we encourage all agents to provide their customer service representative with a cellular phone number to ensure we are able to reach you if necessary.
